Rather giving them travel allowances & wasting their travel time,
Pay them to go to Gym
Pay them to join Swimmining
Pay them to do Sports
Pay them, that helps them to be better & more productive.
Interesting point, Divya. Perks are a way to enhance employee productivity and company culture, but I feel it is ultimately dependent on the role.
Travel allowances, for instance, would be more beneficial to a salesperson. While developers may prefer fitness benefits to stay active.
