Remote Work Experience

I'm working for a remote-first company. We used to have the freedom of working from home or office as we chose. But with changes in the recent Pandemic we shifted to 100% remote work. It has its own pros and cons.

I think these are 3 important parts to being successful as a remote worker

Firstly the ability to create the right work-life balance. Secondly planning your day in advance. Taking timely breaks would be the third.
