Remote Work Experience
Have been working as part of a remote team for the past two years on my latest venture Quidli since Day 1 with varying levels of successes and failures ;)
I think these are 3 important parts to being successful as a remote worker
1. Remote is optimally established from Day 1; if not, then the transition to should ideally be 100% (no half-half or everyone picks what's best for them); 2. establish a regular line of communication, whether daily or weekly; the more time apart, the more risk of miscommunication; and 3. have a system (OKRs) and or KPIs in place to ensure everyone stays aligned and productive
Here's how I plan to contribute to The Remote Clan
I'm happy to share my own experiences founding and operating a Day 1 remote company that's worked with full-time employees, freelancers, and community members.
These are the 2 best topics to start off a conversation with me
1. Entrepreneurship, and 2. traveling
