Dropbox is giving up on its offices entirely and going remote-first

- All offices will be turned into Dropbox Studios where employees can come & collaborate whenever needed.

- Work days will be non-linear. Only core collaboration hours with timezone overlap and employees can design their own schedule beyond that.

- Launched a virtual first toolkit to track & measure progress, productivity & engagement. They have also open-sourced it.
